Beautiful Things at Sea

If there is one thing that any seafarer can agree on, is that there are endless things you see while at sea that are so beautiful that you'd have never imagined seeing it.

This is one of those beautiful things for me. We were towing a barge (in my previous post) and travelling at a slow speed of 3 knots. I got up to the bridge for my morning duty and continued my daily jobs and went outside from a smoke. Boom. Skraa. Some cute little dolphins show up to play around two giant floating things.

Needless to say, my officer and I were excited. It was so beautiful to see something so free, having so much fun....while we were stuck with paperwork.
