GOOD & BAD EXPERIENCES DURING SHIPBOAD SERVICES

15 DECEMBER 2015.,I marked that day as a memorable day for me because at this time I am going to leave my family , friend and everyone away for 1 year to pursue my lifelong dreams as. I have to join a ship named MV ARMADA TUAH 100 with a contract of 3-4 months in Labuan. I was greeted well by the ship crews and captain.

I would like to share wit you about my experiences during shipboard services as deck cadet on my second ship, MV ARMADA TUAH 21. One of the best moments I had in my life is fasting onboard ship for the first time in my life. At first, I felt awkward and sad because away from my family especially in Ramadhan. Above picture was my first day in Ramadhan, break fast with my ship officers and crews. I'm so happy because they very friendly and made me feel comfortable with them.

This picture was taken during first day of Eidul Fitri onboard. I was excited because my company and captain give us permission to shore leave to perform Eidul Fitri prayers. Although being away from my family during Hari Raya, I just ignore my sad feeling and face the reality as seafarers.

Captain paid the boat services for us to shore leave on that day...hehehehe

While going to the mosque, I met my batchmates which was same company with me. I'm suprised looking their apperance and it was unlucky because they did not prepare anything to celebrate Hari Raya onboard ship. They looks like a cave man who went shore leave to town..... But I'm still acknowledge them as my friend...heheheehehehe.
Going out to beach after prayers..

That's all from me.. tq
