AYAM SISIG


SISIG, just like adobo sisig is also like adobo, one of the very famous dishes from Philippines. These are two dishes you should not miss out once you visit Phlippines. When cooking sisig you can use any meat chicken, beef, tuna or pork. Below is the procedure on how to make CHICKEN/AYAM SISIG.
Ingredients: Onion
                    Garlic
                    Chicken Meat
                    Soy Sauce
                    Sugar
                    Salt
                    Butter
                    Mayonnaise
                    Limau
                    Egg
                       




1) Saute the onion and garlic in butter.
2) Put the sliced chicken and meat on the pan. 
3) Add soy sauce, salt and sugar depending on your taste. 
4) Mix with mayonnaise. 
5) Squeeze with limau.
6) Serve with egg on top.
