As we know, Battleship Yamato and her sister ship , Musashi are the world largest battleship , more bigger than USS Iowa. Battleship Yamato , believed by Japanese citizen that she is unsinkable , proud of Japan . Unfortunately she sunk at 7/4/1945 1446hrs South of Kyushu , Japan. She under attacked by more than 300 aircraft continuously, hit by at least 11 torpedoes and 6 bombs during Operation Kikusui No. One ( US named as Operation Ten-Go ) . Her sister ship , Musashi also has the same fate as her sister, sunk at 24/10/1944 1935hrs Sibuyan sea , Philippine. Under attacked by 6 wave of air-strike suffer 19 torpedoes and 17 bombs during Battle of Leyte Guft.
From the these battles , we can see found that Japanese believing are reasonable . Japan's ship building technology also can say so one of the world best ship build countries . Fastest destoryer , Shimakaze and also the luckiest destoryer , Yukikaze .
