President Rodrigo Duterte

This is the president of the Republic of the Philippines. He is one of my favourite leader because of what he had done and doing for my country. He is Rodrigo Duterte. Before he became the president of the Philippines he was a mayor in Davao city. During his term as a mayor Davao city changed into a rich and a safe city in the Philippine. 

Known as the Iron Fist, Duterte led the country to fight against drug. According to him drug is the enemy of the country because it will destroy the future of our younger generation. He has a lot of critics in the Philippines because of this war. He doesn't care what people are saying about him he just wants to change the country and to have my countrymen a better life.

This is what i like about him, just two weeks after he was elected as the president almost 60,000 drug suspects surrender. No president in the history of the country made this achievement. A 60,000 people are about to have a new life and the possibility that they can contribute for the growth of the nation.

This will happen to you if you wont stop using drugs

As a good leader of the nation he prioritised the future of the younger generation. Under his administration he passed a law that making all the state universities in the country free of education. This year will be a great year for parents and students because the government will provide the tuition fee for every Filipino. With free education, the number of educated Filipino will increase and they can find a job. It means that with a good job they can have a better life. 

This is my favourite leader. A leader who loves the nation more than himself. A leader who is willing to give his life for the sake of the country. In the history he got the highest trusted rating 8 out of 10 Filipino trusts him. It includes the one who prepared this blog entry.
